Chairs that stand out on their own

When a piece of furniture is made well it doesn't need to have lots of bells and whistles to make it stand out. We have two white oak Wishbone chairs by Hans Wegner at the ends of our dining table, which are usually the most popular when we entertain. They are not popular simply because of the beautiful design, but because they were designed with comfort in mind. A chair needs to be comfortable to keep friends and family around the table for some good food and conversation.

Living/Dining room

We have been living in our apartment for 6 months now, and I am starting to feel like it is becoming the cozy space I have been trying for. There are still some changes to be made and the office is definitely not complete yet, but here it is as of 6 months. Part of living in NYC means thinking outside of the box and having things stored in places you may not have wanted. When you live in a small space you need to use every little square foot you have as effectively as you can without giving up on the things that are important to you in your home. Once the Balcony and office are up to par, I'll put them up.
