When it comes to food, Spanish inspired food is completely different from Scandinavian, however the ambience is no different. A cozy dinner with friends is a cozy dinner with friends no matter what you are serving.
To warm up a little on these cold January nights I am having some girl friends over for a January Fiesta. We are also celebrating two of my friends birthday's so I made
Mexican Hot Chocolate Cupcakes with a Cinnamon Cream cheese frosting, Yum! There is not much that is more hyggelig than good food, friends, and wine.
