It's hot outside, and I'm dreaming of cooler weather

It's July in NYC, which means that it's hot and humid. On the days like today, all I want is to be in a sweater in cooler weather. I have our pending Syracuse move top of  mind, and with all of the houses and apartments we are looking at; one of my favorite possible future house features is a fireplace.
